The Semeccel at the epl congress

The Semeccel participated on October 12-14 in the 2021 national congress of the Federation of local public Companies (Epl) which this year took place at MEETT Toulouse. This year’s congress was on “Innovating, investing, reinventing with Epl” with the clear objective of showing how Epls can be genuine drivers for recovery. Jean Baptiste Desbois, CEO of Semeccel, spoke about this issue during two round tables on the topics of tourism and the involvement of Epls in international development. In addition, the Semeccel was present at the stand which included all of the Epl of the Toulouse Métropole. This was the opportunity for these different facilities to highlight and valorize their know-how in the mixed economy. Finally, three professional visits were organized for presidents and directors of Epls. The first visit took place at the Cité de l’espace, with the Toulouse Attractiveness Agency, to highlight how a mixed economy team can valorize this type of facility. The visit was a great success and was attended by the president and director of the National Federation of Epl as well as the president of the Regional Federation of Epl. The second visit, on the topic of the urban development and rehabilitation of the Montaudran neighborhood, included a noteworthy stop at l’Envol des Pionniers. The third, finally, enabled to discover the Téléo cable car with the ARAC and Spla Europolia.
