Professionals from all over the world will gather from June 24th to 28th at the Cité de l’espace to exchange ideas and focus on mediation and communication in astronomy! The International Astronomical Union (UAI) has selected the Cité de l’espace for the organization of CAP2024 (Communicating Astronomy with the Public). This conference which takes place every two years brings together hundreds of participants from all over the world to debate and exchange ideas about their practices. A time for discussion and meeting people has also been planned with the general public. It is the first time that this major event on communication in astronomy has taken place in France. The three last events took place in Sydney, Fukuoka (Japan) and Medellin (Colombia). Fukuoka (Japon) et Medellin (Colombie).
